Our Governance Priorities

The governing body focuses on:

  • Vision and Strategy: Setting the long-term vision and strategic goals of the school to ensure its continued growth and success.

  • Accountability: Monitoring the school’s performance, including student outcomes, financial management, and safeguarding, to ensure that all standards are met.

  • Support and Challenge: Providing leadership support to the school while holding staff accountable to maintain high expectations and continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Oversight

Governors work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements. They also engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to ensure that the school remains inclusive, responsive, and aligned with the needs of its stakeholders.

Commitment to Students

At the heart of our governance is a commitment to the students at Rise Education. The governing body ensures that every decision made supports the best interests of students, fostering resilience, independence, success, and empowerment.

Our governance framework is integral to maintaining transparency, accountability, and excellence, helping Rise Education continue to deliver a transformative learning experience for all.
